Returns & Exchange Policy

At Hijabeen, we take pride in providing high-quality products and carefully inspect every order before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we have a limited returns and exchange policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection after an order has been delivered.

As our products are worn close to the head and face, we are unable to restock or resell returned items once they have left our facility.

Exchanges

We may consider an exchange only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The exchange request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are provided for review.

All exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. Our team will review the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.

Product Colors

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Such differences are not considered product defects.
